Shipping times vary depending on the type of creation:

Ready-to-ship creations: shipped within 3-4 business days (Italy).

Custom or pre-order creations: may require up to 10-15 business days.

🚚 Couriers and Tracking 

Shipments are made with SDA or BRT express courier, with a tracking number provided via email at the time of shipment.

Upon request and with possible cost adjustment, it is possible to ship with a courier chosen by the customer or to an affiliated pick-up point.

📬 Package Inspection upon Delivery

Pursuant to art. 63 of the Consumer Code, we invite you to carefully check the integrity of the package upon delivery.

In case of visible damage to the packaging, it is essential to:

make a written reservation ("Accepted subject to inspection") on the proof of delivery;

immediately report the anomaly to the courier and to Cvore, attaching photographic documentation.

A signature without reservation implies acceptance of the package as is, and precludes any claims for external damage.
