Return Policy

RETURN POLICY – CVORE

Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without the obligation to provide reasons, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The date indicated on the delivery note shall be considered full proof of delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply send an email to info@cvore.it within the 14 days specified above.

🕊️ Product Return

Once the intention to withdraw has been communicated, the product must be returned in a single shipment, within 14 days of the communication, to the following address:

📦 Conditions for Return Acceptance

– The product must be intact, unused, complete with original packaging and labels.

– Returns of used, damaged or customized items will not be accepted.

– Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense.

💸 Refund

After receiving the return and verifying that the product meets the conditions listed above, Cvore will send you an email confirmation. The refund will be processed within 2 working days from confirmation, using the same payment method used for the order.

The refunded amount will correspond to the value of the product net of shipping costs incurred at the time of purchase, which will not be refunded.

🚫 Exceptions

In the event that the return is due to a Cvore error (defective, incorrect or incorrectly shipped product), the full order amount will be refunded, including shipping costs.

📌 Please note

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, as they are made to the customer's specific request.
